Order an Official Transcript Online

Our partner, Credentials Solutions, handles all official transcript requests. 

Processing Times and Fees:

  • Standard Request
    • Fee: $10
    • Processing Time: Electronic transcripts are processed within 30 minutes. Mailed transcripts are sent out within 3 business days.

One-Hour Express Service for Transcripts

The Admissions and Records office offers a one-hour express service at both Pleasant Hill and San Ramon campuses.

Service Details:

  • Request Type: One-Hour Express
  • Fee: $7.50 + $25.00 processing fee
  • Processing Time: One hour. Orders must be placed and picked up in person at least one hour before Admissions and Records closes. A photo ID is required.

Payment Information:

  • The $10 fee is waived for the first two transcripts ever ordered within the District, excluding Express orders.
  • Payment for Express transcripts can be made with cash, check, money order, or credit card (Visa/MasterCard).
  • InSite and Credential requests require a credit card.

Additional Information:

  • Transcript requests are not held pending grades. Please log in to InSite to verify your grades before ordering.
  • Third-party institutions needing transcripts should use the Credentials Solutions ordering link.
  • DVC does not accept transcript requests submitted by mail.

Enrollment Verifications


  • Free enrollment verifications are available 24/7 through InSite. Simply log in, go to the Academic Services menu, and click "Enrollment Verification." You’ll be directed to the National Student Clearinghouse for processing.

     

  • To request an enrollment verification directly from the Admissions and Records office, you must submit an enrollment verification request form. Forms are available in the office or on our forms page.

    • Submission: Email the completed form to transcripts@dvc.edu.
    • Important: Ensure the form is fully filled out and signed to avoid delays in processing.
  • Standard Request:

    • Fee: $2 (first two are free within the District)
    • Processing Time: 3-5 business days

    Rush Request:

    • Fee: $5
    • Processing Time: 24 hours

    Payment Information:

    • Accepted payment methods: Visa or MasterCard (credit card only).
    • Do not mail cash.
    • Verifications for childcare or unemployment services are free unless rush processing is requested.
    • A photo ID is required to order and pick up enrollment verifications.

    Authorizing a Third Party:

    To have a third party order or pick up your verification, provide them with a signed letter of authorization. They must also present a photo ID. The letter should include:

    • Your name
    • Student ID number
    • Date of birth
    • Address
    • Telephone number
    • Your signature
    • The name of the authorized person
    • Mailing address for the verification, if applicable

Submitting Transcripts to DVC


  • If you’re transferring to DVC and need to submit official transcripts electronically, have them sent to transcripts@dvc.edu.

    Important:
    Request that your transcripts be sent directly to the DVC Admissions and Records office, not to a personal email.
