General Functions
- Accepts payment for fees, bad debts, library debts, chemistry debts, physical education debts, child care fees, and student emergency loans.
- Processes third party billing; Dept. of Rehabilitation, Veterans Affairs, SEIU, private industry, etc.
- Processes refunds.
- Verifies the accuracy of student's billing and adjusts information according to the student's registration records.
- Sells event tickets.
Please be aware that all student fees can also be paid by logging in to a student account through InSite Portal and clicking on the 'Payment' tile.
Note: Cashier’s Office no longer sells parking permits. Parking permits are now available for purchase on InSite. The Cashier's Office will assist you with your fee payments. Check out below to know more about detailed fees information.
