The Placement and Proctoring Center is designed to be used by students who miss an exam due to unforeseen circumstances like an illness, family emergency, or school event.

Students with accommodations for a disability should contact Disability Support Services for instructions on how to set up their exam.
Testing Information
Student Instructions:
- All students must have an appointment to make up a test.
- Once we receive the test from your instructor, a link will be emailed to you with appointment information.
- You must bring a physical photo ID (driver's license, passport, ID card). We do not honor a photo of your ID from your phone or any other electronic device.
- Review our Academic Proctoring Center Policies before your test.
Faculty Instructions:
- Use our Test Submission Form to submit exam.
- Online tests are not permitted. Students are not allowed to use any electronic devices, including computers.
- We will contact your student (via email) to make an appointment once we receive your test submission.
- If you submit a test after 5:00 p.m., your student will be contacted the following business day.
- For any changes needed (extension of deadline, additional information, etc.) please email proctoringandplacement@dvc.edu.
- Please do not send your students to drop in on any basis. We use an appointment system so that we have room and staffing for those using the center.
Faculty: Test Pick-Up Hours
M-Th: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m
