Degree & Graduation Requests


  • Use this form if you need to update your primary major or home college location. You are also able to sort for financial aid eligible majors only.

    Change of Major and/or Catalog
  • To get priority registration for your final semester, submit the Early Graduation Application in the semester before you plan to graduate.

  • Use this form to request IGETC or CSUGE verification for the school you are transferring to. Submit this form only for the school you are transferring to. These are sent when you have received and accepted an offer of admission.
