Thank you for your interest in employing our students and alumni. DVC Career Services features an online job board where employers can register online and post jobs to our students and alumni.

We welcome all local businesses and organizations who wish to recruit DVC students and alumni in accordance with the DVC Student Recruitment Policy.
- In particular, we are committed to safety for all parties and therefore do not approve entities operating out of private homes.
- All employer registrations for the DVC online job board are approved by our office.
- Approved employers may post full-time, part-time, internship, co-op, seasonal/volunteer, and work study jobs.
- We reserve the right to review and approve job postings before they are displayed to students and alumni.

Visit Handshake, our online job board, to register as an employer.
- If you already have an account on Handshake, please connect with Diablo Valley College as a partner school.
- If you do not have a Handshake account, please create an employer account and then connect with Diablo Valley College.

- Start by clicking Post a Job from your home dashboard.
- You will be asked to complete 4 steps: Job Basics, Details, Preferences, and Schools.
- Complete each step and press Next.
- You can preview the posting and when you are happy with the preview, press Save.
- Your job or internship listing will be reviewed by DVC Career Services staff, and upon approval it will be posted and viewable to DVC students.
