Nikki Moultrie serves as the Senior Dean of Curriculum and Instruction at Diablo Valley College. In this role, she oversees curricular processes, program review, faculty evaluation, contract education, and enrollment management strategies, ensuring that students are supported through effective scheduling and dual enrollment opportunities.
With over 17 years of experience in public health and community college administration, Nikki has held leadership roles at various institutions, including Los Medanos College, where she served as Dean of Career Technical Education and Social Sciences. She also served as full-time faculty and program director of the Dental Programs at DVC. She holds a Master of Science from the University of California, San Francisco, a Bachelor of Science from Northern Arizona University, and is also an alumna of Chabot College, where she earned two Associate degrees.
Nikki has led numerous initiatives aimed at improving student outcomes and supporting faculty development. Her accomplishments include enhancing Guided Pathways implementation, expanding dual enrollment programs, and ensuring a more data-driven approach to course scheduling and student success. She is actively engaged in accreditation efforts and strategic planning, and her work is rooted in promoting collaboration, innovation, and diversity at the college.
Nikki is an enthusiastic believer in lifelong learning especially in areas of organizational systems and driving positive change. She enjoys cultivating a supportive environment for her colleagues and students.
