Educational Master Plan

The Educational Master Plan is a comprehensive document that reflects on DVC’s rich heritage, highlights its accomplishments and challenges, and projects its strategic directions for the next ten years. The plan provides analysis of the external and the internal environments of the college and presents projections that should serve as a foundation for addressing its facilities needs. The educational master plan was developed through a participatory process that engaged the college’s stakeholders in a systematic, ongoing dialogue of evaluation and planning that lasted for more than two years.
