Schedule an Online Counseling Appointment 

Students who are on Dismissal - please review the Alert (formerly known as Probation and the Dismissal Policy webpage.  You must first attend a workshop before an appointment can be scheduled.

If you have transcripts, please call our office and request a transcript evaluation appointment (925-969-2140).

• DSS - Disability Support Services appointment please fill out the DSS Counseling Appointment Request form.  Students must have  a disability to see a DSS counselor.
• EOPS Extended Opportunity Programs and Services appointment contact eopscare@dvc.edu or fill out this Wufoo form.
