Associate teacher certificate - Meets state licensing education requirements to be a teacher in a private preschool/childcare program or to be an associate teacher in a Public Title V Child Development Program.

Early Childhood Education Career Pathway

Once a student completes the requirements for the associate teacher certificate, he or she may continue education and earn more advanced level degrees and certificates. Check out the ECE website for more information. The college also offers continuing support for students working in the child care field through our First Five Program (www.firstfivecc.org).
