Evangeline Ward – A DVC dental hygiene success story
Jan 17, 2017
"I can honestly say that the dental instructors give 100 percent of their time to help students. Dr. Victoria Day and Professor Pam Powers were incredible women who provided me with amazing support. It took prayer, hard work, determination and wonderful teachers for me to be where I am today!
Since graduation, I have worked in a private practice, got involved with the California Dental Hygienist Association, mentor students at DVC and Chabot college, volunteer in the community and church, was appointed a position with the Dental Hygiene Committee of California, and most recently, working as a clinical instructor for the DVC dental hygiene program. I cannot express how excited I am!
I love DVC. I felt the education and knowledge being offered was better than the state university I also attended. The campus was great.
The program is intense, fast, but amazing!"
