DVC English Professor's Poetry Published in The Blue Hour Magazine

Catherine Gebler, a member of the DVC English part-time faculty since 1989, recently
had three of her poems accepted for publication in The Blue Hour Magazine, an online literary/art journal.
The poems were “The Tenth Year,” “Departures,” and “Made Right.”
Gebler previously has had work published in Anderbo and in The Writer magazine, and had some non-fiction writing published in the Contra Costa Times.
Gebler earned her B.A. degree in English and her M.A. in humanities from the University of Detroit. Her interest in writing began in grade school and she has been writing since then.
