Integration of Race/Equity into Pedagogy/Curriculum and Ethnic Studies

Since pedagogy and curriculum are primarily Academic and Professional matters, they are the primacy of the Academic Senate. Therefore, these conversations will be moved forward through the various Academic Senate Committees. We do anticipate working with outside partners who can facilitate some professional development in this area. Faculty who would like to contribute in this work can contact the Academic Senate leadership.

The faculty of the Social Justice and Social Sciences area (also known as the Ethnic Studies Advisory Board) are discussing the possible structure and curriculum associated with an Ethnic Studies department.
