Dr. Arman is the Senior Dean of Career and Community Partnership at Diablo Valley College in Pleasant Hill, California. Her previous leadership experience includes higher education positions at the Community College of Baltimore County (Maryland) and Renton Technical College (Washington).

Our initial focus was on figuring out how to place a class online. But after much success, we are now focused on the quality of online education.
