About David Joseph
Dr. David Joseph is a clinical psychologist and the Director of the Oakland Vet Center, where he provides treatment for veterans with readjustment stress, PTSD, and combat or military sexual trauma. He is the creator of the Welcome Home training that is available to community college campuses through the California Community Colleges Chancellor's Office.
