Need help registering? Come to the Enrollment Lab on the first floor of the Student Services Center for one-on-one assistance with the registration process. The lab is open Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9 a.m.-5 p.m., Tuesday 9 a.m.-7 p.m., and Friday 9 a.m.-1 p.m.

Not sure what you should take? Go to InSite/WebAdvisor to check your education plan, and if you're still not sure, make a counseling appointment NOW so you are ready before your registration date.

Prerequisite: If a class you plan to take requires a prerequisite that you did not take at DVC, you must turn in your Prerequisite Equivalency Form to Admissions and Records Office as soon as possible to avoid delays with your registration.

 

SUMMER IMPORTANT DATES

April 7 - Registration by appointment begins for EOPS, DSS, Foster Youth, and eligible veterans - online registration only.*

April 9  - Registration by appointment begins for continuing students (enrolled in summer 2013; fall 2013; spring 2014), online only. Check Insite/WebAdvisor for your specific appointment day and time.*

April 23 - Registration begins for new matriculated and returning students online only).* Returning students who missed more than one year need to reapply.

May 5 -Begin new non-matriculated student registration online only.*

May 28 - Open walk-in registration for all students (except special admit/concurrent high school students).

May 29 - Begin new and returning special admit/concurrent high school students registration ? grades 11 and 12.

May 26 - Holiday - Memorial Day - college closed

May 27 -Early summer short-term classes begin (May 27-June 13)

June 16 - Summer classes begin

June 16 - Late enrollment - space available basis. Use online registration with late add code, or in-person with signature of instructor or late add code. **

May 27 - AA/AS degree or certificate filing period begins through July 24.

July 4 - Holiday - Independence Day - college closed

July 24 Deadline to file AA/AS degree or certificate

July 24 Last day of summer session

Registration for classes after the course begins is on a space-available basis and will require a late add code or instructor signature. Students may use a late add code to register online. Students must register at the admissions counter with an instructor signature. Online registration is available daily up to midnight the day before the class section begins.

* Online registration is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Students may register anytime on or after their appointment date and time up until midnight the day before the class section begins.

** Short-term class add/drop dates, refund dates and pass/no-pass dates are calculated individually by class based on the specific number of meeting days; therefore, these dates are not included in this calendar. Add/drop and refund dates are printed on the class roster. Check with the instructor. You may also go to Insite/WebAdvisor, Registration, to ?My Class Schedule? for drop and refund dates. The dates are listed under the ?Last Date to Drop? column.
