Variable Hours
 
A course introducing principles of stretch technique, yoga asanas and imagery / relaxation techniques with relationship to a particular sport or activity. Emphasis on general warm-up, flexibility and strengthening exercises and injury prevention. Preliminary flexibility and alignment measurement techniques also examined. CSU, UC (credit limits may apply to UC-see counselor)
