| This course will combine skills and techniques from boxing, self defense and various forms of martial arts, such as, Karate and Muay Tai to promote a fun, yet effective and challenging aerobic workout. Jump rope and running will be primary cardiovascular activities. Flexibility, strength training, focus mitt training and muscular endurance activities may also be incorporated.
