| This is an activity course designed to improve physical fitness through participation in flexibility routines, resistance training, core strengthening, and cardiovascular exercise. Fitness training that benefits a particular sport or activity may also be considered. The benefits of physical fitness as an aspect of overall well-being will be discussed.
