GEOG-160 Introduction to Remote Sensing

This course introduces the basic principles of remote sensing techniques including aerial photo- graphs, satellite imageries and radar imageries. It explains how these techniques are used for collecting data about the earth and how such data can be interpreted and mapped with the help of image processing software and geographic informa- tion systems.
