Note: This is a one unit course for weight training. During the first week of semester, students need to come to Fitness Ctr. for syllabus/orientation info. Hours of operation are: MW-6:30-7:30am, MW-7:45-9:15am, 9:30-1pm, 2-3:15pm, 5-7:00pm. TTH-6:30-7:45am, 8-9:15am, 9:30-10:45am, 12:30-1:45pm, 2-3:15pm, 5:30- 7:20pm, and F 9-11:50am.
