| This is an internship course that will expose students to the practical application and responsibilities of personal training. Students will perform assessments on individuals for fitness programs, prepare and execute fitness programs, adapt and adjust fitness program specifics to meet the changing needs of the client's fitness level and risk factor management, as well as assist in the development of long and short term fitness goals.
