| This is an activity course that emphasizes intense stretching, balancing, and building of muscular strength through yoga practice. A series of poses and breathing techniques will be practiced in order to create a more strenuous yoga experience. Proper posture, relaxation and meditation techniques, as well as principles of healthy living, will be demonstrated and discussed throughout the course. The yoga experience is non-competitive.
