Support for faculty and staff
- The Help section within a WebCT course is very good. It is page specific so if you are looking for information on Mail for example, click on the Mail link and then click on Help on the upper tool bar.
- Drop-in hours are available in Staff development between 11-2 on Monday and Tuesday and by appointment.
- Spring and Fall Flex workshops and the Summer Technology Institute are annual events where faculty and staff can receive overviews and training.
- WebCT instructor help
- WebCT and WebAdvisor Roster: These systems are not linked, so when you make your roster drops, return to WebCT and delete students. If you need help with this, please review the following WebCT and WebAdvisor Video.
Support for students
There are instructions for students about logging in to WebCT, finding their ID number, and updating the password and e-mail.
