Please note that the Financial Aid Office can only provide general information over the phone. For financial aid file status inquiries, please check your InSite Portal or visit us during office hours. If you are leaving a message, please give us your name, ID number, the reason you are calling, and a call back number. We will get back to you within 48 business hours.
WebAdvisor and InSite Portal
All financial aid students are required to check their DVC student email account through the InSite Portal on a regular basis in order to receive notifications, file status updates, announcements, and further instructions from the Financial Aid Office.
