The California Department of Rehabilitation (DOR) is a valuable resource for Californians with disabilities.
Eligibility is determined on a case-by-case, individualized, basis using the following criteria:
1. Has a physical or mental impairment that makes it significantly difficult to get or keep a job
2. Needs vocational rehabilitation services to obtain or retain employment
3. Can benefit from services
