Fall Counseling appointments: DVC Counselors are available for appointments and "express counseling sessions". In the "express drop-in sessions" (15 minutes) counselors will not have access to transcripts or be able to write an education plan.
Students may come in-person, use ESARS ~ online appointment program (if they have only attended DVC and not any other college), or call our office 925-969-2140.
Fall counseling appointments are for;

Express Counseling (drop-in sessions 10-15 minutes) is where students can meet briefly with a counselor to ask questions that need a quick answer. We offer express counseling each day. Please note that counselors will not have access to student transcripts or other records during these brief sessions.

E-Advisor and Skype Counseling
If you haven't found the answer to your question from our FAQ page, you can email us to have a question answered. The Counseling Department has also setup a Skype account to be able to answer questions online.
