Bill has taught Psychology classes at DVC since Fall 2012. Before coming to DVC, he taught graduate classes in College Student Services Administration and first-year student success classes at Oregon State University. While at Oregon State, Bill also served as Coordinator of the Student Conduct & Mediation Programs. He has previous experience as a licensed mental health counselor in Washington state. Bill has also taught Psychology and Social Science classes in high schools in Illinois and Washington state. Bill served as the DVC Dean of Student Life from 2003 to 2012.
