An absolutely sterling performance last year. Granted, in ’09-10 we will have fewer counselors (Carla Chamber’s retirement, and Kathleen Costa’s new position), and we probably won’t have the capacity to achieve at last year’s level, but the efficiencies that you have developed over the last few years will serve to maximize student access to counseling services.
