The DVC Jazz Studies group present Guest Artist Series: The John O'Gallagher Trio. 

John O’Gallagher is considered one of the most compelling alto saxophonists and composers at work today on the avant-jazz scene. Based in New York City for over two decades, he has performed and/or recorded with numerous peers and major artists such as the Joe Henderson Big Band (Grammy winning recording), Maria Schneider Orchestra, Kenny Wheeler Large Ensemble, Ben Monder, Bob Belden, Billy Hart, Tony Malaby, Drew Gress, Richie Beirach, Mike Formanek, Tom Rainey, Chris Cheek, Rudresh Manhathappa and Jeff Williams among others.
